Some Jasper residents lived in their homes for decades and viewed them as their forever homes. Their rebuilding process involves much more than choosing a new floor plan.” The first group of Gray’s Jasper clients moved into their completed homes in September 2026.

The company has 15 employees and works closely with local tradespeople and vendors, many of whom have been in the industry for decades. According to Gray, these collaborative relationships are central to the business’s success, fostering the ingenuity and problem-solving that make custom home building unique. “When we’re designing custom homes, I meet with every client, and we talk about what their wants and needs are, and how they live. We consider things like whether they need a dedicated mud room or a space for the kids to do homework. Everyone lives a little differently, so we design around that.”

For clients seeking a more streamlined building experience, Justin Gray Homes also offers semi-custom homes on select lots. Clients can choose an established model and still request minor changes to the layout and finishes, without the longer and more involved process of a fully custom build.
