A one-night culinary party featuring fresh seafood and island flavours

On Saturday, March 28, the Atrium at Sabor unfolded as a love letter to Prince Edward Island, where savoury seafood and red-soil bounty took center stage. Across 11 thoughtfully composed stations, chefs from Charlottetown, Edmonton, Calgary, and Canmore plated refined interpretations of P.E.I. ingredients, weaving in subtle prairie influences while focusing on seasonality, texture, and clean, coastal flavour. Highlights included dishes by chefs Adam Loo and Chris Gibbs of Ada Culinary Studio in Charlottetown, alongside local standouts from Sabor Restaurant Group and beyond. The evening blended exceptional cuisine with authentic East Coast entertainment, welcome cocktails, and a festive kitchen party atmosphere, bringing the flavours of Canadaโ€™s โ€œFood Islandโ€ to the heart of the prairies.
