Physiotherapist Heidi Fedoruk has been an integral part of people’s health recovery journeys for over two decades. Fedoruk became well-known in the community for Leading Edge Physiotherapy, the successful business she started with her husband in 2008. Her most recent achievement, though, is the opening of the RG Spa and Wellness in February 2023.

Located in the recently and extraordinarily renovated Royal Glenora Club, the spa offers highly specific services like Fire and Ice facials, Emsella pelvic health care, Keravive scalp treatments, and SkinPen microneedling, along with massages, manicures and pedicures. Luxury products include 111 SKIN, iS Clinical, and products that are safe for cancer patients ensuring clients receive a dedicated, personal yet lavish experience.

Fedoruk and her spa staff have taken Larger Luxury inclusion and sensitivity training. This has created a space where anyone in any stage of life or body shape feels welcome. The spa is furnished with sturdy, comfortable massage tables, chairs without arms to accommodate wider hips, and a selection of robes in multiple sizes.

Fedoruk has long been a supporter of multiple local charities like Edmonton Gives and RunWild and has won several awards for her charitable and philanthropic efforts including the Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Medal. Along with her staff at both the RG Spa and the physiotherapy clinics, Fedoruk also shows support by volunteering at charity events like Swifties Under The Sky, and the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts.

The spirit of giving is reflected at the spa where team members freely give their time to bring hair, skin and nail care to cancer patients who can’t travel.

Fedoruk believes that no matter the situation or stage of life, everyone deserves the royal treatment.
